About the Contributors to Schelling and Romanticism
David L. Clark is Professor (effective 1 July 2000) in the Department of English at McMaster University and has twice been Visiting Professor at the Centre for the Study of Theory and Criticism at the University of Western Ontario. He is completing a book entitled Mourning Schelling: On the Remains of Idealism, of which his essay in this volume is a part.
David S. Ferris is Associate Professor of Comparative Literature and Humanities at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is the author of Theory and the Evasion of History, Silent Urns: Romanticism, Hellenism, Modernity, and the editor of Walter Benjamin: Theoretical Questions.
Jan Mieszkowski is Assistant Professor of German and Humanities at Reed College. He is currently completing a book about labor, performance, and political praxis in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, provisionally titled The Ideology and Imagination of Production.
