Ashley Morford

Ashley Caranto Morford (she/her) (BA, MA, Simon Fraser University) is a PhD student in the Department of English and the Book History program at the University of Toronto, where she is a guest on the Dish with One Spoon Territory. Her work intersects Indigenous studies, British literature of the long 19th-century, decolonizing methodologies, digital humanities, and sexuality studies. She has co-taught courses and workshops on Indigenous studies, decolonial digital humanities, and the digital text, and she is a co-leader of the Jackman Humanities Institute Indigenous Literatures of Turtle Island working group.
