746. Robert Southey to Susanna Estlin, undated [possibly between May 1802-summer 1803] ⁠* 

Saturday morning

The appearance of the weather is so threatening at present, & be the evening what it may, the roads must be so dirty & the country so wet, that I fear we must give up our purposed visit to Kingsweston. This is a great disappointment to me, both because of the pleasure I expected from the scene, & from the party.
