My dear Grosvenor

It may be convenient to you to know that Harry the Doctor cannot dine with you tomorrow; having Your note had not arrived when he left here this morning, & he has engaged himself – but he will endeavour to come in the evening. – I am not quite easy about the state in which you were yesterday when we parted.
